I realize I slouch a lot and I'm wondering how others on Facepunch sit or stand? 10 is very good.
I slouch when I sit down every time
I workout my lower back at least once a week. My posture is only bad when I have to lean in for an extended period. When I stand it's a perfect 10.
I stretch alot when idle but I often catch myself slouching and sit up right.
Fucking god awful.
My posture is terrible when I sit down, but when I stand its usually alright, but thats mostly because I have Sway Back.
My neck is abnormally long. My back is straight but not the neck for some strange reason.
Shit is one of the only things that bothers me, generally my body's is decent condition, nothing I can't/won't improve on when summer comes and I got more time. But my posture, I have the thing a lot of guys have where your neck dips forward a bit, unattractive as fuck in my opinion. And unfixable afaik, you can't just stand up straight and it'll be gone..
Let's say 3, because I think it got better lately.

I tend to slouch when I sit but my standing posture is ok.
It's total shit. My back is deformed somewhat because of it.
Horrid when I sit, but when I stand it's a lot better.
I feel sorry for my best friend though, she basically has a hump on her back and her posture is terribad standing or sitting because of her massive melons. Apparently they weigh a lot.
Well I use computer a lot so its pretty fucking bad
Usually by the end of the day my back is pretty much on the seat of the chair.
9 when i stand , probably a 2 or 3 when i sit.
I used to be really slouchy, like a 2 or 3, but then when I started running competitively, I realized standing straighter made you run faster, and now I'm like an 8 or a 9.
i have the back of quasimodo
google it
I'm a gelatinous blob and pour into my seat.
I don't even think I have a posture.
worse than pewdiepie
I do a lot of military drill, so my posture standing and sitting is very good. I put it at a 9.

I'm shaped like a question mark or a flamingo. I also sometimes (often) lie on the seat of the chair.
I used to have a pretty bad posture, I'd say a 4. Then I started working out and paying more attention to my body so I'd say it's a 7 or 8 now
But it's hard to judge when you don't know how bad a 1 is and how good a 10 is
