Looking to upgrade Mobo and Processor. What PSU should I go with?

Hello everyone.
I currently have this computer since 2010:
Monitor: Sony TV at 1360x768 w/ HDMI
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bits
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 255 @ 3.1 Ghz
RAM: 4 GB DDR3
GFX: Sapphire Radeon HD6850
Mobo: ASUS M4N68T-M LE V2
PSU: LC-8500 BTX @ 500w
Please don't ask how my computer lived so long with this 7-year-old PSU (it carried over from my even older PC!! :suicide:), because I don't know either.
In December I am going to replace the CPU with an AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 Ghz, and due to this I'll also need to replace the Mobo to an ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2, which is the cheapest board I can find that is compatible with the processor and seems to be somewhat reliable. This will all cost me at best 180€.
But, my current PSU won't cut it, and since I'm dumb as shit I've only realized this now. I can probably extend my budget to 260€, which leaves me 80€ for the Power Supply. I am also a complete numbnut when it comes to PSUs, so I don't know what to get with that budget - I DO KNOW that cheap PSUs might kill my computer, though.
My future (1 year tops) upgrades will be an extra 4 GB of RAM and lastly a new graphics card.
I live in Portugal, and parts here are usually a bit expensive, so I can rely on eBay if the need is there. I will use this computer for good-enough-quality gaming (60 fps in every game at any settings - I'm not picky on graphical settings), 720p Video Editing with Sony Vegas 12/Recording with Fraps and other programs/video "stitching" with VirtualDub, twitch streaming, and other things that don't take that many resources and aren't worth mentioning. It might be worthwhile to mention that I am addicted to multitasking. I like to steam/voice chat and edit video at the same time, for example.
Electronics is mostly luck. I built a new PC and I wanted to pay a bit more for a good PSU. I got a Corsair TX850w and the fan(or fan controller) doesn't work properly and makes a lot of noise when it doesn't know should it spin or not. Now I have to send it back.
And the one I was using before came with the case which cost less then 40€ and it works flawlessly for 9 years and going.
Man, so it's a blind bet? Ugh, this is gonna suck...
I know that at minimum I'll probably need a 700w PSU - 125W for the cpu, 500W for the gpu, and 75W for whatever else, I guess.
There isn't any single GPU that needs 500w...

You sure, man? The Sapphire website says this:
500 Watt Power Supply is required.
The box also says something similar. Maybe this card is inefficient when it comes to power, or Sapphire messed up their numbers?
But yeah, I see your point... a currently-midrange card like the GeForce GTX 750 Ti only needs at minimum 300W, according to this site.
Now I'm even more confused. :suicide:
All of those are estimates for total system load with a shitty power supply. The TDP for the 6850 seems to be around 150w.

Ah, I see. Thanks for clearing this up!
But perhaps it's still best to get a new PSU, since milking this one to its limits might not be healthy.
