So the problem is still that you're not using adblock. That is the reason why you see that ad.
I think YouTube ads are incredibly intrusive though. Nothing more annoying than watching a video and having a bloody box pop up and cover it. Or having 2 minute ads before you get to watch what you came for. Makes me crazy.
