What's your Reason for Hating Furries? No. 3 "Don't want to bump that old thread" Edition - General

Hello, gentlemen. It's me again, from those who remember the last thread. The thread didn't hit the maximum post count and get closed, I simply wanted to continue discussing this topic and was still interested in the subject- but didn't want to bump a thread from January. For those who remember, the premise is simple. Do you have a non-bandwagon, legitimate reason for hating furries? Some of you may remember that my reason was along the lines of "I accidentally came across furry porn of one of my favourite childhood video game series, it meant a lot to me, it was my first, etc." Well this time, it happened to me again except with a different branch and it was [I]much fucking worse[/I]. Here's one of my new, updated reasons: Once upon a time, I was browsing Deviant Art- because once in a while, there's something very impressive and artistic on there. Safe-search was off, was browsing "Metroid." Something catches my eye. It was nothing special, seemingly a picture of Ridley from far away. Looked like a comic. God damn, that was a stupid decision. As it turns out, it was a comic from an extremely revolting sub-branch of the furry fetish- transformation. Apparently, some of those guys actually get fucking turned on by watching people get turned into things like them. (Animals, other furry-type-creatures, etc.) I was pretty fucking shocked by this. I go to the first page real quick to find out what the hell is going on, and read the description. There it pointed out that it was transformation fetish content and you should set safe-search to on if you don't want to see it (Inside the submission, derp.) And it was a comic featuring every fucking important character from Nintendo being turned into monsters from their games. Slowly- Oh, and apparently being brainwashed afterwards. Then I started raging in my head. "How the hell could anybody think that's a good idea?" The comments said this was a "Sequence" Which I assume means it's a STEP BY STEP SLOW FUCKING PROGRESSION OF THE TRANSFORMATION. The comments were full of furries, and by now, I was raging pretty hard in my head, almost in shock at this. You know how I was angry about the furries messing with good memories? This was on another scale. This was them slowly changing the characters from those memories into something they would prefer so they could get a quick fucking sexual thrill. Looking at the comments, it's apparently pretty popular. I can't feasibly imagine why somebody would get turned on by that- I can't imagine why they won't just fucking keep it to their own forums and sites... God damn it. I suppose I rage so hard because I had a very overactive imagination as a child. I would daydream about fantastical adventures in the worlds of my games day after day, and seeing it just... Corrupted for their pleasure, made into their image... Made me pretty angry. So, your reasons, defenses, etc. Go on.

I don't hate furries. I am one :raise: If you don't like something, don't go out of your way to look at it. There are much worse fetishes on the internet. What about gore, necrophilia, child pornography?

I don't hate them, i just don't understand / am kind of creeped out by them.

Mixed views. I'm a bit uncomfortable with the whole concept, but I usually don't mind them. There are some bad ones out there, but I'm good friends with a furry, and he's pretty cool.

Too many reasons to mention I also hate them because of threads like these, i wouldn't mind them if they were some obscure thing you heard of once, like satanism, but then come the bombastic bad eggs, and they ruin it for everyone. then suddenly everybody knows about the minority of subhuman rot the majority keep locked in the basement, and everybody starts pointing fingers. that is exactly how it is, is it not?

I don't hate furries. I honestly don't care for them. The only ones I hate are the people who group people like me up with Furries. This usually tends to be band-wagoners are people who won't listen to reason. I've run across a couple of Furries who say catgirls/foxgirls/wolfgirls are furries though, but I've asked a large group of furries and read a couple of articles on catgirls and both come to say that such things aren't furries. I guess what I'm trying to say is, not that I hate furries or anything, but don't bunch people like me into groups like them.

I'm very open, open to kinks and different lifestyles, etc. That being said, no moar furry drama. However, to add to my previous statement, i have yet to meet a furry that isn't a bombastic shitslinger. i'd respect their opinions if they respected mine, but nooo, they have some odd mental fixation that everyone is obliged to love furries, accept them and pick daisies in our lovely hypertolerant utopia.

Girls with ears and a tail are fine, and furrie to a certain degree is acceptable. But hairy creepy humanlike creatures having sex is quite wtf.
