Right so someone I know recently came across this thing.

And we have no idea who the character is supposed to be. It looks like some blue elvis with fingerless gloves. There is no markings anywhere at all on it either.
We've asked people we know and looked around but can't find anything about it. Maybe you guys know something or what it is?
I dunno, but the crazy guy behind him with the freaky wide-eyes is sure scaring me.
