Personally for me, as you can see, the majority of my physical games are for the 360. Also, SC2: WoL LE is behind the HotS LE in the second picture incase anyone is wondering.

I don't have a shelf for any of my cartridge games however since they go into this plastic container where they are kept safe, but I do have a bunch of slightly old images of them. Not pictured are about five PS4 games.

my games shelves are spread across multiple floors on multiple shelves/desks/plastic tubs, due to me being a disorganized piece of shit you get to see other things too like movies and non-game software, lucky you. some of these spaces haven't been touched in years

Don't have room to actually display it, so I just put the disk in a sleeve and put my cases in a box I stow away in my attic. Have a separate box with around 150 PS2 games boxed away elsewhere.
More of a console display than anything. Most of my games just lay around on random shelves.

I recently was waiting for a PS3 game to install (miss when you could just pop in a disc and play for games) and decided to put all my PS3 games in the correct cases. It was rewarding, but I still have a ton of PS2 and Gamecube games all in the wrong case...

My sisters leave disks out whenever they switch games and it drives me insane.
The amount of times my favorite games have been broken due to their laziness/carelessness is enough to make anyone die a little inside.

When I visit one of friends he just has disks just stacked on his windowsill
I have no access to them right now but I've got several shared drawers for GameCube, Wii, Xbox 360, and PS2 respectively; a plastic case for DS and GBA games; a Ziploc bag of GBC games; and a CD case for PC games. The shelves at my place are for books.
