Suggest a cool cell phone under $150

I've been using my Motorola Razr for 6 years now and it's still good just a little buggy.

Those who call me say I never pick up because well, I never get the call.

and texts arrive a few days after, I find it to be the 'I don't give a shit' feature.

Probably not that huge ass but as close as $150 can bring.

It's gotta be slim.

Motorola Razr Driod would be my dream cell phone.
