Web Camera turns itself off when I try to use it one "some" people

It only works with a few on my msn list but, it just turns itself off after a while, it doesn't fully connect with the other person.

I don't know why it is like this.

Any ideas?

When getting a web camera you should make sure you get one from a decent brand, such as logitech or microsoft. See if you can update the drivers for it.
