I sit down at my computer one random day, and noticed this has happened:

I have restarted, checked the theme settings, etc. but do no avail, please help :(
I don't see the picture, It's probably some application limiting you to use vista basic theme though.
I believe I know the cause of this but you just called Windows Classic shitty so you can fuck right off. :argh:
Okay this may or may not work for you - I'm on windows 7 bit might be the same/similar for you.
1. Type Troubleshooting in your start menu and click the "Troubleshooting" This should bring you to the troubleshooting problem area.
2. Down at the "Appearance and Personalization" part click on "Display Aero desktop effects"
Click it and it should test your PC and then set your Aero back.

Windows Vista doesn't have this.
No screen being shown.
Did you install the patched uxtheme.dll to use unofficial themes?
Ahh no need to rate me dumb, was just trying to help..

In vista that would be going into Control Panel > System Maintenance > Welcome Center > Show More Details > Windows Experience Index: (rating) > Update My Score

Or just go to System.
I have some fond memories of that "shitty" theme ( I assume you mean classic.)
I fixed it ;asdfkjas;d
I want Classic Win 95/98 icons in 7, that would rock.
