Looking for an inexpensive all-in-one printer

I am looking for a decent, all-in-one printer that costs less than 100 dollars and ink that cost less than 50 dollars per ink-pack (all colors total). I am aiming more toward a CMYK ink printer,

I don't care if it has network support or anything fancy, however I want it to be able to print and scan at a pretty nice quality.

So far I am looking at a Canon PIXMA MP560
