just because its used for malicious intent doesnt mean its illegal. I can put a banana next to you and make you slip, but thats not illegal. Cyber police dont trace these things, and even if they could, they would just see that its from an email address.

C and Python are the only ones I use regularly, but I'm pretty well versed in a lot of other languages too.
