The moderators would band together and perform a coup against King Garry I, They would get the manpower from the Rust Subforums after promising anyone who assists them in the coup will get a rust key. However, after Garry is exiled, monarchist/loyalist rebels will begin a large insurgency against the Moderation. Eventually, Garry would return with an army of banned users and together with the insurgents, they will overrun the moderation. Garry will retake the throne, all moderators will be executed for treason (And replaced by ones extremely loyal and fanatical to Garry) and the Kingdom of Facepunch would return to normal.
