Steam isn't connecting and I have an active internet connection, and it's not down.
Whenever I type the wrong password in, it says it's wrong, so it's obviously gathering information from the steam network, but when I type in the right password it tell me could not connect to steam, blabla.
I tried restarting my router and turning off windows firewall, neither worked.
Try deleting any .blob files from the steam directory
