Really looking forward to the Hillbilly on release date.
I watched Vinny Vinesauce play this on twitch; it looks like a wonderful party game.
It's hard for me to find groups to play these kinds of games with, though. Everyone is always so busy. Such is adulthood?

Always loved these kind of games and there's so few of them, even less that do it right or with any polish.
Some of the funnest times I had in GMod was playing the Scissorman gamemode, which was essentially what this game is doing. Here's to hoping this game will capture the magic.
Only problem with this is that generally everyone wants to be the killer and rarely the survivors. Wonder if we'll see server hopping that was prevalent in L4D.

it doesn't try to specifically avoid or show off gore; the gore is basically blood spray effects on swiping and blood all over the killer's blade

the killer does have an animation all about the blood on the blade wiping it off or something, though

wasn't it a licensed friday the 13th game and they had to drop the title?
It's pretty fun but has some fundamental problems that might make you want to hold off buying for a bit. Biggest issue with it right now is that playing with friends is next to impossible unless you have a group of 5, all with the game, all ready to play. It doesn't allow you to party up and join public games yet. This has a shit side effect of people joining and leaving public games in hope that they'll be matched up with their friends, so even public games are hurt by this.

Last I remember it was unofficial, and then an official FT13th game was announced and forced them to drop the likeness.
