Thats good and all, but I hope it doesn't gets to that.
Theres a lot of stuff about Nintendo that I don't really fancy, but I seriously don't want to see the company ever go away. It's thanks to their handhelds and some of their games that I had boatloads of fun.

honestly, patents aren't that ridiculous; especially for technology like this.
remember how everyone loves tesla talking shit about how edison stole his designs? patents are what would've protected that

I'm going to avoid complaining about this as I don't know enough of the specifics about the lawsuit to determine whether or not they were actually ripping him off.
And now Iwata needs to make 130 rather than 100. And most of the best games are coming out next year.
