I am planning on getting a new video card for my pc. I have decided to get this:

Or this

Which one is better?

Also, If you think neither, Can you recommend a video card within a budget of £130?
Out of the two, I am most likely to get the ZOTAC Card.
Unless you give me a good reason to get a different card.

I can save up more money if needed.

You have lots of choice with £130 - don't go spending it at PC World, most of their stuff is overpriced.
Use Ebuyer.com, Scan.co.uk or Aria.
I would go for a 4870 or a 5770. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/199404
They're both really even in benchmarks, 5770 has DX11 support though. The one I linked above is £124.
The leftover £6 may be put towards getting the pizza in my avatar from Pizza Hut. You're welcome.
Do you have a PSU with 2x 6-pin PCI-E power connectors?
Mmm... pizza hut... Sounds delicious right now. Anyways, I agree, don't go PC World.
Ok then. I will have a look when I go on my desktop in a few hours. Thanks.
Is this any good

5770 is just an 4870 card but with DirectX 11, and don't except to run smoothly DX11 games with it (even on 1680x1050 resolution).
So go instead for 4870 card.
I have one 6-pin PCI-E power connector.

You can save up your money, and buy an GTX 460 768MB for +10-30£. Otherwise if you can't afford it, HD 4870 is a better solution
I was actually looking at a GTX460 but I am not very good at getting money. I have not got a job and it took me a few weeks to get £100.
I have been in need of a new video card for a long time. This build can do a lot better than this 9600gs.
Well 460s start at £150 and are a lot better than 4870s, they're definitely worth the extra £30
The other advantage that the 5770 has over the 4870 is the fact that it's shorter and uses less power.

Can you please link me to one with a HDMI or DVI? (Preferably both)
I don't know any new GPU that doesn't have atleast DVI, and can't remember any without HDMI.
Hint: Don't even ask.
