need DIY tablet kit with dock - Hardware & Software

I'm building a custom pc for myself and need a tablet kit with a 15'' screen and a dock. Anyone know where I can find one?

ok I'll make this extremely simple. I need a do-it-yourself tablet pc kit (as in one you put together yourself). My budget is anything under $1000 Preferred screen size would be around 15''.
