It'd be real nice if it was available as a DLC-esque patch for the preexisting game. Otherwise it's like Arkham City is now - I can't buy any of the DLC without buying the GOTY version, but I already have the game so I don't want to buy it again.
Probably one of my favourite FPS games, will definitely be getting this!

It integrates The Missing Link like they were originally going to.
Even though I thought it was an amazing game, I was going to pass just because I didn't want to pay for it again. Then I saw 8 hour dev commentary. Yes please I'll take five.
I bought it on Onlive a while back for $1 and I really liked it.
Enough that I considered buying a physical copy (in the end I decided not to) but now I've actually got an excuse to get a copy.

All they're doing is basically moving in content to the pre-existing game. It isn't rocket science, and with the demand they saw the opportunity for easy profit.

I wouldnt mind a discount for people who own it
I'd like for Steam to offer an upgrade for the current HR/ML to the directors cut version, I've only seen them offer something like that once (During a sale, they offered the normal version of a game, the special edition of a game, and then the ability to upgrade your existing copy to the special edition)
Might pick it up but it will have to be around the sale prices the standard version currently hits for me to consider it.
If it's a complete reworking it's not all that surprising that it can't be integrated as dlc even if it would have been nice for it to.
Is PC not getting the tablet stuff? Not even with smartphones?
