They've likely had functioning offline and larger cities kept to themselves sicne before even release.
Wasn't there a weird hacked together offline version of SimCIty, in which you could build outside of city borders? It was glitchy, but entirely possible.
then again, they did make a really fucking shitty game in pretty every category, including optimization. There's a load of people that are running ridiculous builds that get FPS drops in cities that are somewhat large.
The day they make cities big is the day i consider buying it.
So basically, now theyre pouting like little kids because they dont want to acknowledge that the community was right from the very fucking start.
