Siri is just a neat little gimmick anyway, Apple and people in general put way to much thought into it because all it really is is something we've had for a long time with polish.

Glados's voice was done by a voice actress.
There's no way to make a computer speak words in Glados's voice unless the voice actress physically speaks it.

There was a site that mixed parts of messages into desired text, can't remember the name, it was 2 years ago. It also took them about four days to email the sound file to you.
