Can Someone Help Me Resize This?

So basically, today my username got shat on with a disgusting brown color and now I want an GIF avatar, the only problem is, I have trouble getting it's size changed so I could use it as my avatar,
Here's the GIF:

Also note that it has to be 80 by 80 pixels or 102.4 KB.
