I'm currently planning to purchase 3 used monitors for 400$ Monitors are: 2 x BenQ 2412HD monitors 1 x BenQ 2420HD monitor It also comes with a active dvi to displayport adapter and 2 hdmi cables. But i was wondering can my fully unlocked 6950 handle games in eyefinity or should i just wait and get xfire before i get a eyefinity setup?
Really depends on types of games you will be playing. I think you should be fine with one card, since it is a 2GB model (assuming because you were able to flash it). But I wouldn't expect max AA/AF, Enthusiast settings on Crysis.
6950 will get about 30 FPS in BC2 maxed using eyefinity so I'd imagine you'd be okay with any present games, crossfire would be a good idea
You think 3 24" monitors for 400$ is a good deal? Even though they are TN panels?

Whoops, was looking at the wrong benchmark. A single 6950 won't be adequate for other games though..
I'm not planning to get them anymore instead i'm getting 6970, Asus Crosshair Formula mobo, 8gigs of g.skill ripjaws, and a 1090t for 600$
