I installed a new graphics card + PSU, "Rundll32 has stopped working" on startup

I just installed a new PSU and GPU for my PC, and have installed ATI's drivers from the disk they provided. Now, when I start my PC, I get the error "Rundll32 has stopped working" (although there appears to be no problem with the system whatsoever, it seems to be working fine - I'm posting from it now.) What is this error and why has it occurred?

I haven't installed the latest drivers yet - is there an issue with the current ATI 5700 series drivers? The GPU is ATI 5770

Installing fresh drivers did not solve the problem.
This sometimes happens to windows when you add new hardware, I recommend using a windows installation CD and use the "repair" function. That is usually what i do when i install new hardware and those kinds of errors are usually solved by doing this.
Hope that helps!
Thanks a lot :)
