I love KSP. I have to admit though, it is hard to stay motivated with completely empty planets and no goal or when exploring.
Although, they do say exploration is its own reward.
Insanely fun game after you learn how to play. Taught me a shit ton about space too.
lmao that analogy

Supposedly Planets are not as empty as you think. Some of them have hidden easter egg stuff on their surfaces that I'm still trying to reach and see. Fuck why do I not have hours to devote to this game aaaa
but also our solar system kinda has empty planets with fuck all to do on them aside from SCIENCE too, unless you know something we do not.
The game is excellently well designed, has a nice artstyle, plays very well, has brilliant mod/plugin capabilities and is only about £20.
Worth it.

I don't mean empty as in "needs alien life and cities", I mean empty as in "no caves, fleshed out history, large experiments".
And hey, this is a game, why not have some basic alien life?
Articles like this is why PCGamesN, despite the oft-shoddy writing and the horrible mixing up ARMA II and DayZ, is my favourite newsbots.

I believe Squad has already said that they're not going to touch aliens with a ten foot barge pole.
good.
They are right and KSP is something I think I will have to buy soon.

It's not that bad of one, really
Just throwing it out there, but how do you think KSP would work in a high-school environment?

Not very well. Most high schools' ceilings are too low to build even a small rocket inside.

Pretty well, the teacher would need to give the kids a lot of guidance at first, but it has a lot of knowledge to give, even non-space related stuff. Object in motion stays in motion, drag, lift, Thrust-weight ratios and such.
I love reading "new" reviews of a game I've been playing for a year because it just now came to Steam.
This game is too hard for me
