Got a new CPU + Motherboard, can't find ZM-CS5A/B mounting kit for heatsink

After having the same CPU since I got my PC in 2006 (an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300), I decided to get a new one:

This processor isn't compatible with my current motherboard (which is LGA 775), so I ordered a new motherboard as well:

And some RAM (I currently have only 3GB):

The only problem is, now the heatsink that I have (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118003) won't work with the motherboard, so I've been looking for a mounting kit. The two that work for LGA 1155 are the ZM-CS5A and ZM-CS5B, neither of which I can find. Everywhere I look they are either not in stock, discontinued, or not available in the US.
Does anyone know where I can find one? Should I wait and see if one of them gets in stock on Newegg (or any other site)? Or should I just get a new heatsink?
