As a seasoned veteran of Facepunch, I strongly advise you not to post at all for the next three months and instead look and learn how others do.
The general rule of thumb is, you WILL get banned. It's only a matter of time. But if you don't learn how to post and what the rules are, you're going to be banned a lot sooner and it'll be more permanent.
None of this " *cry* " bullshit. No emotis like ;) or :D - no one likes them and they're seen as immature.
Making a introduction thread is an automatic ban. This thread is borderline near that, so I would watch out. You will receive no warning. Your first ban is the warning. The more bans you get, the longer they are - until the final one that's permanent.

Welcome to Facepunch.
Here's a tip; Getting banned IS your warning. No mod or user is going to PM you when you've done something wrong. Read over the rules and use common sense. Lurk threads and see how others post. You don't need to act like "the new guy" around here.
look at any of our ban logs. getting banned is just a part of life here. there are no warnings
Don't make those kinds of threads please.

It's a good idea to lurk and get a feel for the forum before posting a bunch. Bans are like warnings, so don't get discouraged if you get banned. It happens to everyone eventually.
