How do you like your steak cooked? Medium always turns out good for me.
I don't like steak.
Medium well is my favorite for any type of meat.
No clue how anyone eats those things rare.
You probably should've used a poll, that being said: medium rare, or really anything in the medium range, but I prefer it medium-rare.
Rare. If you don't want it any more done than that, just order chicken. Steak isn't any good when you cook out all the flavor.

If it doesn't moo when I cut into it, it ain't worth eatin.
Medium rare, seared on the outside.
The cancer and blood combo.
As someone who's worked at a steakhouse, I can tell you that anything cooked over medium will get you laughed at in the kitchen.
Unless you're super concerned about getting sick by eating low temperature meat (in which case you shouldn't be eating anything under well done to begin with) you're fucking yourself by cooking it more.
Just remember: If your steak is brown, you should frown.
Well done, anybody that says it's too tough, dry, etc. hasn't had it done properly.

Fuck now I want steak v:v:v
through the hearts of vampires
that was funny, huh?
Burnt to a crisp.

Steak with the fat burnt and crispy is the best steak.

seriously just eat chicken. When you cook it anything past rare or medium rare, you're cooking out all of the flavor. Most of the time you'll ruin the texture along with the flavor, but even if you don't ruin the texture you're still going to be tasting rubber. Only way to get around that is to coat it in barbq or A1 sauce, and again, at that point you might as well just eat chicken.
Really, the only beef you should cook well done is hamburger, and thats for safeties' sake.
I like it done goofed
Seared with the flesh of the innocent and sprinkled with the souls of the damned.
medium well
raw
with the head still attached
Medium to mediuam rare.
still breathing
Raw, in a tartare.
Otherwise rare.
Medium well. Anything under that makes me feel sick.
Medium rare, the ideal balance.
I want my steak so rare it's still thrashing around on my plate.
Cut it's horns off and wipe it's arse.
Either rare or medium rare

I have to disagree with this, I have enjoyed plenty of steaks cooked well done and that's how I prefer them too. For you and for most others maybe you think the taste and texture are better, but I think it's a matter of personal preference. I could argue that your taste buds must be extremely dulled to not be able to taste anything from a well done steak, but I know that's probably wrong. You're entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine. If you want rare steak, that's good for you. I'm not going to try to convince you why you should do otherwise.
Medium Rare Master Race
Medium rare.
