There might be something on userscripts.org, but really, typing out BBcode isn't a pain unless you are an excruciatingly slow typer

To get BBcode quickies, use mm3guy's facepunch uber script. Its a greasemonkey addon for firefox. Best thing I ever did with firefox.

It gets really irritating when you get 5 people in a row using them.
Just play it cool, use grammar to your best. Even though all my sentences usually are too short or too long. Get Firefox so if you misspell stuff it will put the red line under it and you can correct it.
