I've gone over my monthly internet limit, so my internet has been slowed. To get around this I'm tethering my phone to get access to somewhat fast Internet again. But for some reason I'm having the hardest time trying to connect to anything.
Sites refuse to load on the computer, but they will on the phone. I've used two different tether apps, but get the same problem. I've tried using Google DNS. I've tried using different OSes. When I first connect, I am able to ping google.com, so I am connected to the Internet. Although after a few minutes, I can't ping anymore.
Reception isn't a problem.
