I would prefer my desktop PC..
I would also like to have a laptop to my homework because a laptop will never be as good as a desktop PC because of it's size.. There is for example no space for vents.

Desktops are cheaper, and you get more screen space. You can't have over 2 monitors on a laptop.

I have my Gaming PC at home and I have my Laptop for uni, though I can run my source games on my laptop as well if I ever want to game when I'm not home.
