Not sure how to overclock, have some images though

Since my power went out I went into BIOS and looked around. I found these but I am not sure what to do with them. The second image has more options if I go down.

Would AMD Overdrive be a good option? I know to increase the multiplier by a small amount and then check stability and temps

If you don't know what you're doing, don't do it. Research overclocking before you jump head first into it, or you're going to destroy something.

I have the same processor as you. If you look at the speed, you should notice the max overclock you can do is...2.2GHz, which is your current speed right?
Same problem with me. I guess the bios prevents us from overclocking, or there is some feature inbuilt to the processor which only allows underclocking. I could be wrong, but that is what I understand
