As loud as you can, yell at the person beside you: "What's the answer to this question?" while pointing at a question in your test.

Or maybe you could wing it.
I always link pieces of information to catchy pop lyrics, works wonders for me.
Simple. Get any bottle of water or coke, take off the little strip of sticky paper that wraps around the paper, and scan it in a scanner.
Once you've done this, save the scan and open it in Photoshop or any other sophisticated image editor. Take an eyedropper tool and extract the red, or any background colour and fill in ALL the text.
Go ahead, don't stop until all text is gone. That's the ingredients, nutrition information, etc.
Now, using a 'text tool', type in the questions and answers for the test, or vital parts of it that you need to remember in the boxes on the strip of paper.
Now, you have a modified water bottle strip. Your final step is to print it out on PHOTO paper, cut it out and stick it back on to the bottle with Package tape. (Or any tape that is super-transparent) And there you have it.
Remember to say 'u mad?' to the examiner once you get an A+.
That's barely any info you could fit, the time would be better spent studying imo.
read a topic then make summary/resume, containing a list of the main ideas of what you just read. Then when you have the summary of everything, make a list about all the topics you covered and try to remember things about each one. After that, re-read the 40 pages again and you should have enough information sticked on your long term memory to make it on the exam. That's how I usually do and it works for me, good luck

Find the bolded words (highlighted/color coded or whatever seems important). Read the sentence before it, the sentence containing it, and the sentence after it. Write down any definition or information that you seem shaky on. Do this with names, dates, places, etc.
Put on some calming music. Try to take real interest in what you're studying. Want to learn more.
What I always do specifically is figure out the most important info from the chapter that I will likely be tested on and write it all down in simple terms on one page.
calm music eg ?
