What's the hold-up, Capcom? Isn't this literally a script copy-paste job? It's been out in Japan for ages.
You'd think they would be making these delays for the sake of fixing up the original script errors or something, but given Capcom's track record I doubt that. It'll probably end up being a copy-paste anyway and we'll never get a reason for the delays.

Maybe it wouldn't be profitable because of licensing costs. Developing for Android/iOS is cheaper and the market is larger.
