Windows 8 stuck on "Attempting Repairs"

I dual boot 8 and 7. Wanted to change partition size and give more to Windows 8, so I made some unallocated space and used EASEUS Partition Master to move the space to the W8 partition. Restarted, and now I'm stuck on "Attempting repairs". I can't boot to Windows 7, I can't seem to cancel it. It's been on this screen for about 40 minutes now.

What do I do...?
