How to put a symbol on the steering wheel of my car?

This is a stupid as hell question, but I really want to know and I can't find much info out there, but does anyone know if I could do this:

To my car? I'm planning on getting a mustang and I really want to have the transformers symbol on there. (Because, yes, I'm a nerd hurrhurr) BUT, I want the decepticon logo.
Does anyone know where I would go to get something like that done? Or how much it would cost?
I also want to get it placed here:

Where the "GT" symbol is. (Is that even possible?) So that would be two areas where I would want the decepticon symbol.
I don't know jack shit about cars, so I wouldn't even know where to start on looking for a place to get this done.

I'm sure you can get it done.
Perhaps take it to a garage and ask them what they can do for it.

Duct Tape
Pull that shit right off, put some Mighty Putty on the back of the Transformers-plate thingy, slap that bitch back on and there you go.
