I'm looking for a safe proxy to block my IP or at least change my location for viewing BBC Iplayer, 4od and all those videos on YouTube. What proxys do you use?

Just search UK proxy, there'll be loads, and they're all safe as long as they don't install anything to your pc
Best way to do it is connect to a VPN. Don't download any VPN software to do it, just get an IP address, password and do it through windows.
