So I recently bought a new Gaming PC I picked out the parts and people built it for me my specs are:
Geforce GTX 760;
Intel Core i5-4670k;
650 Watt Power Supply;
8GB Ram;
1TB Seta;
126GB SSD;
MSI Z77 Mobo;
My problem is that LA Noire, DayZ, Crysis, and etc run on low fps on high settings?
Make sure the Integrated Core i5 GPU is turned off in the bios
Also be sure you didn't plug your monitor into the motherboards DVI/HDMI slot instead of the GPUs DVI/HDMI slot
How do I turn off Integrated Core i5 GPU in bios?
Also how do I know if its in the motherboard?
Your video cable should be plugged into the back of your video card, and you should refer to the documentation as to where the setting is to disable the on-board video, it would be in your motherboard manual. Also make sure your video drivers are up to date.
There's no need to disable the integrated graphics. Make sure your drivers are up to date, and as kilr said your monitor should be plugged into the GPUs video outputs. If the problem persists check your temps, your CPU could be throttling possibly.
Yeah, I was going to say I haven't had to disable on-board video in ages, ever since I had a motherboard with a discrete graphics chip on the PCB, but it may help troubleshooting.
Try updating your graphics card's drivers.

I honestly just bought it a week ago.

There are very often driver updates between the time that it's manufactured and when it's installed.

The shop you bought it from poribably uses an automatic installation tool.
The drive could be as old as win7 for all you know.
