Simple: Wehrmacht was the name for the combined armed forces in Nazi Germany
SS was a paramilitary organization within the NSDAP (Nazi party) who performed more political and higher status tasks. From the beginning they were formed to be Adolf Hitlers bodyguards, but later evolved to protect the party and partymembers. They were also in charge of the police system in Nazi Germany, especially the secret police, Gestapo.

The Waffen-SS (Armed SS) was a combat arm to the SS and was mainly a volunteer army for people from occupied nations. It acted as a support group to the Wehrmacht itself.
Basically, a part of the army, but with more connection to the NSDAP (which also made it a criminal organization after the war ended)
