Facepunch forum software?

Seconded. If he can't identify the fact this board and probably 60%+ BBs are using vB he probably has squat in terms of web design skills.

OP don't buy vbulletin and make a forum, because chances are it won't succeed and you'll be $80 down the drain along with server cost + domain charge.

I believe garry has a chisel which he uses to carve (text, images, ect.) into rocks, and then takes pictures of them and uploads them as you post.
