Keyboard malfunction: lowest row of letters deferred one to the right.

I recently posted a thread about a malfunction in my graphics-card. Turns out the computer needs a repair. Dell sent a technician to my home and fixed the promblem just like that. All free of charge (guarantee, I guess....).
Anyway, as I try out my computer, I suddenly realized that whenecer I pressed the "n" key my screen read "b". This is annoying, as you can imagine. Just typing this has taken me 10-15 minutes...
In grand total these are the keys that are malfunctioning:
"z x c v b n, m , . -"
Does anybody know how to fix this?
(My computer is a Dell Vostro 1310, 2.0 GHz Dual-core, 32-bit Vista Ultimate.)

Bonus info: I think I forgot to tell you that the technician who fixed my graphics problem also changed my keyboard! I am wondering if he put it on in a hurry, perhaps not doing it properly?
(He broke the old keyboard's "r" key somehow, during the fix.)
Also, my apostrophe key doesnt (lol see?) work either.
Try a new keyboard?
My computer is a laptop, that would require another technician.
Wow... That's fucking weird.. You probably need to replace that keyboard. (Is this even possible?)
tell dell
Plug in a USB keyboard and try that, just to make sure it IS a hardware problem and not your computer doing something funky.
Is your computer set to another language?
Thank you for your responses everybody.

Agree, I have never seen anything like it.
Yeah, apparantly it is. Though it requires a tecnician.

I am not quite sure what you mean. I have Vista installed on Danish, if that is what you mean, but apart fron that I havent changed anything (at least not at far as I'm concerned.)

It is a hardware problem, I am sure of this now. Just did as you told me, at it worked perfectly fine (with the usb-keyboard).

That is what I am trying to avoid. Having them fix this would mean me not being able to take notes in class for another day, as I would have to leave it at home.

(sorry, I am too lazy to write a new response. I hope the previous one will do?)

Again, I greatly appreciate your responses!

If you're lucky you can lift the keyboard up, by pushing the holders down (they're between the number keys usually), and then loosen the keyboard screws in the bottom (they have a keyboard symbol).
Now you can try to unplug, and then plug the keyboard in again, but I'll strongly advise that you let dell do this based on that if you do this, and fuck up, there's no warranty.
