It isn't mentioned in the article, but odds are by "PC" they mean Minecraft for Windows 10. It's probably obvious though, since it would look bad for them if they somehow got cross platform play working on the Java version before the other things they could be working on.

They already sell texture/shader packs. They've been doing it since the 360 version.

The shader and texture pack in the trailer is free.

Though I wouldn't be surprised if they made different shaders to sell.

If Microsoft is to be believed, then 4k isn't just a buzzword, but it's the first step to advancing to next-gen consoles with the ability to run games natively in 4k at solid, high framerates.

It was mentioned on the stage, yes, Windows 10 version only.

Meh there isn't really any reason to play the Windows store version, all the mods are on the java version and I doubt that'll change any time in the near future.
Minecraft is completely boring without the mods.
