Do not buy gmod if you cant afford to upgrade! Garry will change engines on you! I learned this after the engine change in late 07' don't make that same mistake I did!

If your computer can't handle source then shit, have fun with other engines.
Also, it's expected that not all macs will be able to run it well anyway, just look at tf2.
