I know how everyone says about How Often Fallout 3 crashes to the desktop etc... but mine just freezes without any errors, I have the GOTY edition and it's fully patched. But I'm wondering if it's my computer thats problem even though the specs are
OS: Windows 7 Home premium 32 bit
Ram: 3gb ddr2
Cpu: AMD Phenom x3 8550 (tri core)
Gpu: Nvidia 9200 shared/intergrated with 1392mb of vram
I can run the game at 30-40 fps on medium.
My brother runs the game perfectly well with Windows 7.
Any suggestions?
Aren't there a lot of crashing problems with GOTY edition?

There are lots of crashing problems with ANY edition. It's a REALLY buggy game.
There's all sorts of faffing you can do with Video Card drivers, etc. but I lost interest. It's a shame because when it works, it's a good game.
I disagree, I personally have never experienced any crashing, freezing or bugginess with Fallout 3 (with the exception of Operation Anchorage which had a fit with its legs up). I'm also surprised that you manage to get 40FPS with a integrated low-end graphics card (what program did you use to benchmark this?), have you tried lowering your settings to see if it does make any difference? Do you have the latest graphics drivers for your GPU?
EDIT;
Did you upgrade from another Operating System or do a fresh install? The upgrading feat (even though not recommended) causes alot of issues, apparently.
