My sister basically wants a small office/web computer. But with the possibility of mid-level gaming. Main games she plays is Sims 2/3.
So far I've managed to work up this build:

Budget is £250 (Maximum she will spend in total is £260).
CASE: Nothing fancy as she won't be spending much time showing it off.
PSU: I've gone for a cheap generic one to help save money. I realize these can cause problems. And that's a risk I am willing to take, if she decides to upgrade in the future I will be sure this is the first thing she replaces.
MOBO: Cheapest decent branded one I could find with decent processor/ram/GPU interface support.
Hard-Disk: It's only a few £'s cheaper for a 320GB so I figured it would be best to take the extra space.
CPU: Basic dual core will suffice for now. There's possiblity to upgrade at a later date if needed.
GPU: I believe this will be sufficient to power her games now, and run any newer games she may take an interest in (she plays at 1024x768)
RAM: I chose 2GB because it's all she will need, she won't be playing high end games such as crysis, hence she has no need for more ram at this time. If more ram is required in the future it's a fairly cheap upgrade.
So what do you all think? She's already got a monitor (1024x768), mouse, keyboard. And I've chosen to design the computer so it's openly available for any future upgrades.
I'm looking to keep the computer highly open to future upgrades.
Avoid Xclio cases, even on a budget

Any particular reason why?
Look into getting a i5/i3 and using its integrated graphics, it's likely better than a 5570, or at least equal. I'll try to put something together.

Best I could do is 266 with an i3

I think I'll leave it, the 5570 isn't too far behind my 5750 (which can easily handly pretty much all my games with high graphics at 1600x900, whilst also running my second monitor (sometimes I like to watch an HD movie whilst playing a game) at 1440x900.
If mine can do that I'm sure a 5570 can run decently at 1024x768.

Little to no support and many of them (e.g. this) are known to cause injuries (sharp corners/edges).

how about this?

Looks decent, fairly sure all the parts will fit inside it (it's mATX).
