GTA and other image support as thumbnails in Windows Explorer?

I'm looking for a FREE program (Win7x64) that will let me view TGA, DDS, PCX, and PSD as thumbnails. If anyone knows of any, that would be great.
Nothing like XnView, I mean full integration in Windows Explorer. I meant to put "TGA" instead of "GTA".=/
