Good CPU cooler for Phenom X4 9850

I have a Phenom X4 9850, and it's running at 47*C idle.
Can anyone recommend me an effective, preferably inexpensive, QUIET, CPU fan?

My case size is 48.8cm x 19.5 cm x 56 cm (height x width x depth) so size isn't really an issue.

I can recommend the Core Contact freezer as I have one myself, it's very good.
