Not able to forward ports on new PC

I've tried everything to forward my ports on this PC. It used to work on my old PC all the time without any problems.
Here is a picture, please help me:

Should work fine. Check that windows firewall isnt blocking anything

What's making you think you're not forwarding it correctly?

Have you tried checking if the port is open with one of those port checker sites?
