Please note: Crysis has run perfectly well on this computer many times before.
Have you got the latest drivers? Also try patching Crysis to the latest version

My specs are fine, I've run it before.
I'll post the load temps in a sec.
It doesn't even seem like a brightness/contrast issue since you can see the hands in the the first picture. Try loading it in sandbox and spawning where there is light.
GPU: 102 degrees celsius
Assembly: 41 " "
Air Flow: 41 " "

Sandbox works flawlessly, and it's only when looking directly at the island. I get occasional flashes of colour across the screen.
Well your GPU is SUPER hot. It's way above the recommended...

Uh. Your cpu and graphics cards are very old.
That might be accumulating to the issue.

And it has also run fine at that ridiculous temperature too. I honestly don't think it's a hardware problem.
Run the game in windowed mode.

I'll try that.
Yup, that worked! I can now have dissapointing fights with aliens again!
Jesus Christ. All that time and it was something as simple as that.
make sure it's set to "allow program to decide" in the anti-aliasing settings etc in Catlyst Control Center.
