Every time someone calls me it just comes up as "call 1", or if i miss the call, and i go to ring someone back it will display as "(no number)" this is really getting annoying because every time i answer the phone i have to say whos this ?
I have the numbers saved in the phone and ive looked through all the settings so im unsure o what the problem may be.
could it be to do with the SIM card ? or have i saved the numbers wrong or something ?
Anybody with experience with this phone or Nokia's in general could you please help me ? i love this phone, this is the only bad thing i have to say about it.

Did you even pay for the Caller ID service?
I am using the SIM card from my old phone. it worked fine on there, should it be any different for this phone ?
Have you looked to see what the number for the contacts is under?
Maybe it only works with Home numbers (which would be weird), but I know when I changed all my contacts over to my Blackberry everyone got changed to Work Numbers.
Maybe just check to see if there numbers are in the right spots.
