anywhere I could get an official windows vista home premium .iso, without pirating it?

I recently got an oldish hp laptop that needs windows reinstalled. Badly.

I could probably track down the re-instal disks, but that would take forever and still have all the HP bloatware.
Is there anywhere where I could get a .iso of the 32 bit Vista home premium, [I]without pirating it[/I]?
I still have the product key sticker on the bottom...
Would this even count as not-pirating if I could track down the .iso? If not, never-mind.

I remember a while ago someone found one on a MS site, and it had something to do with Microsoft Student , but I can't find that.

You do not get banned for plain iso downloads for a OS you have a license to.
